Terms and conditions

Apartment policies and rules:

1. In the apartment, only our own guests can stay.
2. The apartment serves for relaxation. In the apartment and on the staircase shouting and having a party are not allowed. Please, be so kind to obey it at arrival and at departure as well.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the building! You are not allowed to make stay in the corridor. Please keep the rules, otherwise, the penalty is 300€.
4. Please lock the apartment door and close the gate in each case!
5. When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and doors, switch off every light and turn off the heating.
6. Please be so kind to leave the apartment in its original state.
7. Damages must be compensated!
8. Check-in is between 3 pm -10 pm, and check-out is until 10 am
9. Invoices are issued between 8 am – 5 pm on working days. We send you the invoice within 2 days via email.
10. There is an obligatory deposit of €100 for every apartment. The deposit can be paid only by credit card.

Cancellation policy:

Standard – The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel later than 3 days before arrival. No prepayment is needed.

Non-refundable – The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time. We will charge the prepayment by Credit card.
