Please note that the reservation’s total price may be charged anytime after booking.
If cancelled, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
Payment is upon arrival during the check-in, by cash or with a credit card.
VAT is included, but please note that 4% Tourist Tax is excluded.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.

Pet Policy

We are sorry but we do not accommodate pets in our apartments.

Group Policy

We do not accommodate any stag or hen parties, in such case we suggest you to get in contact with us and we will help you find some other apartmenthotel for your stay.

Our accommodations are in a residential community therefore keeping the calm and peace of these apartments and the balconies is a priority to us.

In case of group reservations we reserve the right to collect an extra deposit which is non-refundable if any of the following violations occur:

– any party in the apartment or in the building’s common areas
– any specific complaint of the neighbors that is found to be justified
– any damage in the apartment or in the building
– any kind of violence at reception or in apartments

We allow guests to have visitors, in such cases, we only ask you to let us know. The guest accepts responsibility for any damages caused by their visitors.
